Bruce M. Holmes has been President of CENTURY 21 Venture Ltd. for 25 years. Holmes background is in marketing, development and construction management. He has been a past President of the Southern Kennebec Valley Board of REALTORS®, Vice President of the Maine Association of REALTORS®, two time REALTOR® of the Year, past President of the Maine Commercial Board of REALTORS®, past President of the CENTURY 21® Council of Maine, and National Commercial Advisory Board for CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC. Holmes has been a long standing member of the Chamber of Commerce and was a Graduate of the Kennebec Valley Leadership Institute.
Mr. Holmes graduated from the University of Maine, Orono with a B.A. in 1971. Attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, Investment Analysis, and trained with AT&T for Commercial Leasing. Currently Holmes is an Instructor for CENTURY 21 Commercial® offering courses in Commercial Leasing at the National Commercial Convention.
Bruce Holmes specializes in commercial, leasing, and unique real estate projects. He has sold a 20 acre Island off Machias. Marketed the Elizabeth Arden Estate and the Prince Taratasso Hunting Lodge. Commercially he has leased more square footage in the market then any other agent, sold Shopping Centers and Plazas, major Office Buildings, and numerous Multi Family properties.
